Checkout coverage

Direct checkout is available only for destinations covered by the approved U.S. DDP price table. If a ZIP is outside an approved zone, checkout stops and the buyer can request a quote by WhatsApp or email.

Shipping total

The shipping amount is calculated on the server from the saved price-table version, the number of 24-piece sets and the confirmed delivery ZIP. The full calculation is stored with the order.

Timing

The available dispatch estimate is shown or confirmed before a live payment. Transit and delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier, customs, weather or address issues.

Address changes

Review the complete address before payment. Contact us immediately about a correction. We cannot promise that a carrier can redirect an order after dispatch.
